Before you exit the program, it is good practice to make backups of your data on a regular basis. Depending on the amount of data you have entered, only you can decide whether to make a backup, or not. 

To exit (close) TurboCASH5.2:

  1. Click on the   button on the top right-hand corner of the osFinancials (or TurboCASH5.2) title bar. 

You may also press the Alt and Q keys.

If no Set of Books are opened, the TurboCASH5.2 program will be closed. 
  1. TurboCASH5.2 will automatically close any Set of Books that is open. The following information message will be displayed:

TurboCASH5.2 would like to remind you that:
It is good practice to make regular backups and archive copies of your Sets of Books to prevent loss of data.
Do you wish to close TurboCASH5.2?

  1. Take note of this information, and click on the Yes button, only if you are absolutely sure that you wish to exit (close) or TurboCASH5.2. 

It is recommended that you Backup the Set of Books and store it in a safe place. 

If you click on the No button, TurboCASH5.2 will not close. You may then perform the necessary backups e.g. to a different location before exiting (closing) the program. You may then close the Set of Books and exit TurboCASH5.2.
