Tagline
Hire the staff you always wanted.
Vision
To make reliable, scalable accounting capacity available to every business, without forcing them to replace the systems, banks, accountants, or workflows they already trust.
Mission
BookStage Agents places virtual accounting personnel inside a business’s existing finance process. Each agent works with the client’s current documents, banks, accounting software, spreadsheets, email flows, and review habits, learning the way the business already operates while steadily improving accuracy, speed, and control.
Like an accountant that is always learning, but never asks for study leave
Positioning
BookStage Agents is sold as a virtual accounting department, not as another accounting package.
The client is not being asked to change software, move banks, or abandon their accountant. They are hiring extra accounting capacity that fits into their current environment.
Under the surface, BookStage provides the workbench: document capture, bank imports, reconciliations, account mappings, TurboCASH and other accounting-system connectors, audit trails, review queues, and controlled load/export routines.
To the client, it feels like gaining a finance team member. To the business, it is a repeatable agent deployment model.
Like an accountant that never claims entertainment expenses.
Core Pitch
Most businesses do not need another dashboard. They need accounting work to get done.
BookStage Agents gives you virtual accounting staff who work the way your business already works. They can read supplier invoices, collect missing documents, process bank statements, prepare reconciliations, maintain debtor and creditor records, support month-end, and stage entries for review in your existing accounting system.
Any bank. Any accounting software. Any document source.
BookStage Agents adapts to your process, then keeps learning from corrections, approvals, exceptions, and recurring patterns.
You get the feeling of hiring an accounting department, without the cost, delay, training burden, or rigidity of building one from scratch.
Like an accountant that will never take you to labor court

How it works
The no nonsense guide to whats under the hood.
Recents developments in Agentic AI, the improvement of LLM algorythms and the development of harnesses has made AI abkle to function efficiently both with external data. Web lookups, emails, spreasheets, data collationa nd reporting are now all inside the scope of 2026 agentic AI.
In 2026 Philip Copeman developoed the suite of bookstage n harnesses that form the backbone of financialk processing. With training, development and collaboration with any accounting team AI agents can be taught to do the tasks currently done by your staff. This frees up time for them.
Our consultants (including Philip Copeman) are able to work with your current team to develop the agents abilities. We are ableto structure and store you local data in knowlege bases., We can also connect the agents to outside sources that will keep bringing in new information.
The resulting productivity gains are astounding and likely to improve thoughout the year.
Like an accountant that never makes the same mistakes twice.
Costs
The cost to deliver a BookStage Agent is training and maintenance. Training typically costs the equivalent of one month’s hire for the level of staff the agent is intended to perform, plus R 10,000 per month for maintenance and development.
This estimate is based on a commitment from your team to onboard the new agent. If your team falls short in its commitment to onboard the agent, as with traditional staff, the training period may need to be extended or the team may have to accept lower performance from the agent.
The first month’s salary is non-refundable, but it is entirely up to the client whether to continue beyond the first month, either in training or maintenance.
