Sometimes you may have selected a number of items and added comments in a document, and you wish to select an item or add a comment in a specific place in the document. You may need to do this to insert blank line to select another item or to add a comment.
To insert a line for an item or a comment in a document:
1.Select the row or line into which you wish to select an item or add a comment.
2.Click on the ^N:Insert icon (Ctrl + N). A new blank line or row will be inserted above a selected item or comment line.
3.Select the item in the inserted row, or change the inserted row to a Comment.
