To access the Bug reporting system in osFinancials:
On the Start ribbon, select Help → Bug report.
This will land on the Forum page.
Some or most bugs are resolved with a later release or an update.

The Updates option may manually be launched from Help → Updates (Start ribbon). You may install later updates or beta updates.
