Enterprise handling of email documents and accounting.

We are looking for parties interested in implementing AI as a solution for managing the large scale email processing of Quotes, Invoices, Purchases Order, Purchases, Credit Notes and GRVs.

You may actually have this problem yourself or are interested in implementing it for a client either as an integrator or a developer.

Using agentic AI we are able to do the heavy lifting on pre accounting, freeing your accountants from the laborious processes, that dominate their days. The system currently works with Outlook and TurboCASH. but can be modified to ANY Imap Email, SQL enabled accounting system, or a system with a robust API system.

In summary what we do is link your accounting system, with your email system and an AI provider, that will allow us to create draft emails and prepare data for up loading to the accounting system. You will likely currently be doing this by hand.

Its not a click and go solution, and does require installation consulting.

This is going to suit users that have around 1,000 plus documents with multiple accountants. The cost of implementing this will be starting at $50,000 (excluding your consulting fees) so it is only for serious players, but the demonstrable results are astounding.
