The Purchases - Items per period report displays the Inventory code, Inventory description and totals (i.e. Quantities and Cost prices) for each inventory item.
This report only includes Purchase documents which are posted. Unposted Purchase documents will be NOT be included in this report. |
To print a Purchases - Items per period report:
1.On the Reports ribbon, select Reports → Purchases → Purchase documents → Items.
2.Select the following:
a)Period - Select the period on the Per period tab. You may click on the Free selection tab to select a specific date or a range of dates.
b)Sequence - Select "Inventory code, Inventory description, Quantities, Cost price or Unit cost" to sort the order in which you need to print the data.
3.Click on the OK button.
