The workflow plugin allows you to record the steps or processes of a task.
The different screens osFinancials / TurboCASH can be created such as the inventory screen or customers / vendors and documents. This allows you to record almost every conceivable process (steps) in a task, visualize and gain instant insight wherever you are in the process and what steps have been taken before.

Plugins are installed when installing TurboCASH / osFinancials. By default, no plugins are available on the Plugins menu. Any of the Plugins, except the Bank import plugin, need to be activated to be listed on Tools → Activate plugins menu on the Setup ribbon.
Some of the Plugins has a nag screen, some plugins are limited to a number of records, etc. Plugins need to purchased from the online osfshop and need to be registered (on the Setup ribbon, select Tools → Activate plugins), before you can use them.
Some Plugins need to be activated for each Set of Books. If you have purchased a plugin, you may use it in any Set of Books.

With this plugin you can email your documents (invoices or estimates). Each email you sent can get a different layout. For example: an invoice gets a different layout from a estimate. You can create the email layout yourself. For that reason you decide what kind of email you will send.
It is also possible to send multiple examples of you documents at once. Therefore the document layout and email layout of the documents you want to send have to be the same.
It's even possible to send multiple document at the same time. Therefore the documents most be the same type (f.e. estimate or invoice). With this plugin you can send digital (pdf) sales documents (i.e. invoices, credit notes and estimates) to your customers and purchase documents (i.e. purchases, supplier returns and orders) to your vendors, suppliers).

This is a very powerful report generator and designer for printing reports and layout files. There are various default layout files and reports included in the installation of TurboCASH / osFinancials.
It is highly recommended to always make a copy of a report or layout file and that you edit the copy of the file. This is important for some of the following reasons:
■Allows you always fall back on the original report or layout if things go wrong.
■A second tip is, rename all your layouts or reports, so that it is not overwritten when possible re-installation by the standard supplied with layouts.
Anything can be exported to the XML (Extensible Mark-up Language), HTML (Hypertext Mark-up Language), Microsoft Excel, or Text File formats.
Using the SQLBrowser plugin, you can produce your own custom view of your data in TurboCASH and osFinancials. A program to edit your data in the Set of Books database. SQL knowledge is necessary. If you are more than expert than the average user and you know how to write SQL (Structured Query Language) then you will love the SQLBrowser. Make any valid SQL query and run it.
The return or result of your SQL rows can be grouped, filtered and sorted with just a few mouse clicks.
This SQL browser also allows drag and drop features, which make it easy to work with. Anything can be exported to the XML (Extensible Mark-up Language), HTML (Hypertext Mark-up Language), Microsoft Excel, or Text File formats.
Even if you are not an expert in the details or file structure of TurboCASH / osFinancials, you can also use this SQLBrowser to filter and sort to see what you need to see.
You may also use the SQL Browser to filter, sort and analyze your data. This option allows you to generate queries and connect to the Database of a selected Set of Books using the Structured Query Language (SQL) standard. The SQLBrowser will list all the Firebird Database Files (*.fdb File extension) for the Set of Books.
