Due date - This report will list all the transactions before and on a selected period (date). It will list the details for each transaction (i.e. Reference No., Date, Due date, Debit, Credit and the accumulative balance for each of the customer accounts.
If a customer account is set as Open item account (Action → Customer - Accounting information tab), it will list only those transactions with outstanding amounts. Any credit amounts, which are not linked to debit transactions, should be processed in the Action → Open item link.
To print Customer - Due date reports:
1.On the Reports ribbon, select Reports → Customers → Outstanding.
2.Select "Due date" report.
3.Select the following options:
a)Report type - Select the Due date or the Customers Outstanding at date report.
b)Period - Select a period on the Per period tab. You may click on the Free selection tab to select a specific date or a range of dates to include transactions in the report. All the transactions which are outstanding on or before the end date of the periods will be listed.
c)From account ...To account - Select a customer account or a range of customer accounts, to include in the report.
d)Sequence - Select "Customer code" to print the report by account code or "Description" to print the report by account description (name).
e)Show contact details - If this option is not selected (not ticked), it will list only the transactions. Tick this option to include the details (i.e. postal address, delivery address, and contact details).
f)New page per account - If this option is selected (ticked), it will print the transactions for each account on a new page.
g)Cost center 1 / 2 - If you have activated Cost centers, you may select the Cost centers.
3.Click on the OK button.
