The Customer Labels allows you to print the following two (2) types of labels:
1.Delivery address - This will print the Account code, Account description, Contact name and Delivery address for each selected customer account.
2.Postal address - This will print the Account code, Account description, Contact name and Postal address for each selected customer account.
The Labels will list the customer accounts by customer account name (description).
To print Customer labels:
1.Click on the Reports → Customers → Print labels.
2.Select "Delivery address labels" (default) or "Postal address labels".
3.Select the following:
a)From ... To... - Select a customer account or a range of customer accounts, to print labels for.
b)Sequence - Select "Customer code, Description, Address 3 or Zip code" to order (sort) the labels when printing.
c)Reporting group 1 - Select a reporting group or more reporting groups. The address labels will only be printed for those customer accounts linked to the selected Customer reporting group 1.
4.Click on the OK button.
The Contact: name of the contact person will only be displayed, if the contact is selected on the Contactperson field of the customer account.
