Sales document listing per account (Reports menu)
This option allows you to print a list of all posted or unposted sales documents (i.e. Invoices or Credit notes) for selected debtor (customer / client) account(s). If Quotes were selected, it will list the confirmed or unconfirmed Quotes.
To print Document listing per account reports:
1.On the Reports ribbon, select Reports → Documents → Document listing per account → Sales documents.
2.Select the following:
a)Report - By default, "Invoices" is selected. You may select other sales documents (i.e. "Credit notes" or "Quotes").
b)Period - Select the period on the Per period tab. You may click on the Free selection tab to select a specific date or a range of dates.
c)From... To... - Select a debtor (customer / client) account or a range of debtor (customer / client) accounts, to include in this report.
d)Sequence - Select "Debtor code" to print the report by account code or "Description" to print the report by account description (name).
e)Posted - By default, this field is not selected (not ticked). It will list only the unposted invoices (or unposted credit notes or unconfirmed (open) quotes). If this field is selected (ticked), it will list only the posted invoices (or posted credit notes or confirmed (posted) quotes).
If Quotes were selected, the "Posted" option will be displayed as "Confirmed", since Quotes cannot be posted (updated) to the ledger. Quotes need to be confirmed, which will then convert the Quote to an Invoice.
f)New page per account - If this option is selected (ticked), it will print the transactions for each account on a new page.
The Company details will not be printed as in the Page header. The company name is displayed in the Page footer.
3.Click on the OK button.
