The following two (2) graph reports to analyse your Credit notes for a specific period, may be printed:

Graph - Credit notes per week - Quantities - displays the total quantities of items on the Quantity shipped of Credit notes per week in a bar chart. 

Graph - Credit notes per week - Turnover - displays the total amount (excluding tax) of Credit notes per week in a bar chart.

This report only includes Credit notes which are posted. Unposted Credit notes will be NOT be included in this report.

Report options

To print Graph - Credit notes per week reports: 

1.On the Reports ribbon, select Reports → Sales → Credit notes → Graph

2.Select the following:

a)Report - Select the Graph - Credit notes per week - Quantities or Graph - Credit notes per week - Turnover report.

b)Period - Select a period on the Per period tab. You may click on the Free selection tab to select a specific date or a range of dates to include in the graph. 

3.Click on the OK button.

The details is as follows:

1.Vertical axis - The total quantities on Credit notes per week.   

2.Horizontal axis - This is the number of the week in the calendar year (1 to 52). Weeks 1 to week 8 is for January and February. Since the financial year starts on 1 March, the first week would normally be week 9 in this Set of Books.   

3.Totals - Credit notes - The total quantities of all Credit notes for the selected period.
