Create Invoices in the Calendar for Projects

The Calendar / Planner allows you to create invoices for Projects. The following options are available:

1.Hours – Create quotes for a selected debtor (customer / client) account. The quote will be added to the Documents tab of a selected Project. The quotes may be edited and converted to an Invoice. 

2.Create invoices for scheduled debtor (customer / client) appointments. You may create up to 6 categories of debtor (customer / client) appointments. 

Once the quotes or invoices are generated, and the project is selected, these documents will be added to the Documents tab of a selected Project.
