You may delete a project. This will not have any effect on the transactions and / or documents, for the Set of Books. 

Deleting Projects from your Set of Books cannot be undone. 

You need to make absolutely sure that the correct Project is selected. 

To delete a Project:

1.Click on Projects (Action ribbon). The “Projects” screen (list view) is displayed:

2.Select the project and click on the Delete button. A confirmation message is displayed: 

“There is document(s) associated with this project! Do you wish to continue ? All project data will be lost!”

3.Click on the Yes button.

4.Another confirmation message is displayed: 

“There is transaction(s) associated with this project! Do you wish to continue ? All project data will be lost!”

5.Click on the Yes button. 

6.A final confirmation message is displayed: 

“Do you wish to continue?” 

7.If you are absolutely sure, click on the Yes button.
