The following events added in the Calendar (Action ribbon), for the selected debtor (customer / client) account, is listed on the Appointment tab:   

Hours – Create quotes for a selected debtor (customer / client) account. The quote will be added to the Documents tab of a selected Project. The quotes may be edited and converted to an Invoice. 

Create invoices for scheduled debtor (customer / client) appointments. You may create up to 6 categories of debtor (customer / client) appointments. 


The project code and description will be displayed after the salesperson, e.g. ”Russell”.

This detail will be included the Hours report, printed in Projects (Action ribbon) and Reports → Calendar (Reports ribbon).
