The TurboCASH community is expanding rapidly. We gain around 3000 new users per month. If you have skills in either Bookkeeping, Operating Systems or Programming, then there is an opportunity to help our users who are generally small business with less than 10 employees.
Consultants are introduced to extra TurboCASH utilities and aids to helping our users. Extra training and workshops are offered to increase your skills. Consultants are expected to keep the high level of service that our users are accustomed to.

If you are not required to register for Value-Added Tax (VAT) (Turnover less than the VAT threshold, or do not register for VAT on a voluntary basis), you may also purchase the Accounting Made Easy version which does not include VAT.

When you install TurboCASH for the first time, it comes fully functional. After you have posted 150 transactions you will need to register. Get your unlocking code from our Web Site www.turbocash.net. You may also register telephonically by dialing +27 11 726 7553.
 Support
Do I need Support?
Every effort is made to make TurboCASH as easy to use as possible. The majority of our users do not require support. However TurboCASH is a powerful accounting tool. In the hands of a non accountant (or even a qualified accountant) Garbage In will cause Garbage Out (GIGO). Also it is a database and is sensitive to breakage.
Please make regular backups of your data !!!

Accountants are there to interpret the local tax a auditing requirements. TurboCASH is designed to fit in with the Accounting Model and to make it easy for the industry to use.

 TurboCASH Plugin Programs
TurboCASH Plugins extend the power of TurboCASH
TurboCASH Plug-ins are developed by third party developers. The are usually not Open Source components, but can be cheaply purchased. They offer developers an opportunity to add specialised features to TurboCASH.
The following Commercial Plugins are available for sale on our Website:
- Payroll Spreadsheet - The Excel Version will create comma delimited imports for TurboCASH for payroll journal batches. These normally require complex calculations and a great amount of understanding. The Payroll Spreadsheet helps you to prepare this quickly.
- Online Banking This Plugin that will enable a connection between TurboCASH and your Online Banking system. It uses the OFX and OFC Statements formats. It will import these into a file and this will enable you to import the Bank Transactions into TurboCASH batches. Tested and working for the various Banks in some countries.
Please feel free to test the Bank Statements of your bank for the Bank Reconciliation.
